Cancellation Policy
Course & Program Policy We’re committed to offering high-impact sessions that serve our community well. To maintain the quality and effectiveness of our programs, please review the following policies before registering: Minimum Enrollment Requirement All classes and workshops require a minimum of 3 registered participants to be scheduled. If the minimum is not met, the session will be postponed until the required number of participants is reached. You will be notified with updates regarding your booking. Refund Policy Non-Members: If you paid for a course without being an active Melanin & Mentorship member, you are eligible for a full refund, provided the course has not started. No-Shows: We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions, as your spot is reserved and resources are allocated. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive credit toward a future course. Rescheduling: If a class is postponed due to low enrollment or instructor scheduling, you may choose to (1) transfer your registration to the next available session, or (2) receive a full refund. Access & Confidentiality Course materials are for registered participants only. Sharing content outside the group is prohibited to protect the integrity and value of our programs. Commitment to Growth Our sessions are designed for active participation. Please come prepared to engage, collaborate, and grow alongside your peers.
